Terms of Use
DevDex is free to use. These terms are short because the service is simple. Last updated July 17, 2026.
The service
DevDex generates portfolio pages from public GitHub data and lets signed-in users customize their own page. It is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Your content
Customizations you add — titles, descriptions, screenshot and video links — are stored in your own GitHub repo and remain yours. You are responsible for what you publish on your page: don't add content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or misrepresents your work. We may exclude pages that abuse the service from the Explore listing.
GitHub
DevDex is built on the GitHub API but is not affiliated with or endorsed by GitHub. Your use of GitHub itself — including OAuth sign in — is governed by GitHub's Terms of Service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevDex and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use DevDex — which is zero.
